TC3 Reviews

What’s on the menu in the Fresno food scene? The team at TC3, Fresno State’s Chosen Three, recently stepped out to bring us a reliable review of a newer spot in town. On March 5th, they paid a visit to Dumpling U, a Chinese restaurant located on North Fresno Street.
From the moment they walked in, the atmosphere stood out. The team noted that the interior is tastefully appointed and thoughtfully arranged, creating a welcoming environment for diners.
But the real star was the food. Dumpling U’s menu offers a variety of options, and the TC3 crew got a good look at some of the highlights. Their recommendations include the delicious cucumber salad for a fresh start, savory Tan Tan noodles, and a robustly seasoned house fried rice.
Of course, you can’t visit a place called Dumpling U without trying the dumplings. The spicy pork dumplings were described as juicy and full of flavor. For a sweet finish, don’t miss the custard buns, which come in the form of adorable little piggies—a perfect blend of taste and presentation.
If you’re looking to explore a new local eatery, you can find Dumpling U on North Fresno Street.
